Do you give tours of the grounds?
Yes. You can arrange a tour on the contact page. You are also welcome to visit after you reserve the date for your wedding.
Do you provide wedding planning or catering services?
No. The wedding party is free to select a wedding planner and caterer. Oakwood Gardens rents only the site.
Do you have a list of recommended caterers?
Yes. Please discuss with your wedding planner.
Do you offer indoor weddings?
No. The venue is set up for outdoor weddings.
How many guests will the site accommodate?
Due to current Covid restrictions we can only allow a maximum of 75 people outdoors.

Do you have on-site accommodations?
Yes, we can host up to 16 guests. Please discuss with your wedding planner.
Do you offer all ceremony types?
Yes. (Civil Union, Commitment Ceremony, Elopement, Interfaith Ceremony, Non-Religious Ceremony, Religious Ceremony, Second Wedding, Vow Renewal Ceremony)
Do you have handicap accessibility?
Can we retain a wedding planner who is not on your approved list?
Yes. Please have your wedding planner message Oakwood Gardens on the contact page to apply and be added to our approved list.
Can we cancel or move our wedding in case of bad weather?
Our policy does not provide for cancellations. We do have a designated area for an event tent (up to 40′ by 100′) in the case of inclement weather.
Is there onsite parking?
Yes. Ample onsite parking is available.
Is there a noise restriction pertaining to music?
Yes. Washington County has a strict 10:00 pm noise ordinance. Please consult your wedding planner for details. Your event must end at 10:00 pm promptly.
